Changing the Status of a Learner

Changing the Status of a Learner

You can change the Status of a Learner when they transition from Pending to Active and to Inactive, and from inactive to active.

For example, when a Learner has left services you can make their account inactive.

Or for a client who is in Pending Status, you will change them to active which will allow you to build the program and collect data.

The Status are: Pending, Prospect, Active, Inactive and Deleted.

Prospect - Guardians can complete the Intake Documents and the User can record Notes and Forms.

Pending - Guardians can complete the Intake Documents, the User can fill out Notes and Forms and collect Insurance Information.

Active - Full use of the system

Inactive - Cannot access any data.

Deleted - you can delete a Learner should you wish.

To do so, go to the Learner -> Profile Page

On the Learner’s Profile Page go to Status.

Change the Status from Active to Inactive.

Scroll down and press Save

If you do not see your Learner, check on the Filters at the top of the Learner page - currently it is set to show only Active Learners

Here are how to use the Filters on the Learner's Page
In this view only Active Learners will show

You can change the view to All Status, Prospect, Pending, Active and Inactive

If you wish to change the status from inactive to active, press on the green Activate Learner button
