Changing Roles and Access
Changing a Team Member's Role and therefore access level is completed on the Team Member's Profile Page.

Roles can only be changed by a Clinical Director and Behavior Analysts Accounts
Go to Profile, under Role - select the account type you wish to change the user to.
Scroll down and Press Save
You can give access to the Master Scheduler, and therefore allowing the user to schedule for all Learners by pressing the Scheduler Toggle under the Team Member's Profile Iamge.
Confirm that you do wish to enable the Team Member to be a scheduler and press Save.
