Learner Status - what does it mean?
Learner Status determines what tools in Portia the user will have access to for the Learner
The Learner Statuses are:Prospect, Pending, Active, Inactive, and Deleted
| Prospect | Guardians can complete the Intake Documents on the Learner’s Profile, Complete notes and forms. |
| Pending | Guardians can complete the Intake Documents on the Learner’s Profile, Complete notes and forms, Collect insurance information. |
| Active | Full use of the system |
| Inactive | Cannot access any data. |
| Deleted | You can delete a Learner should you wish. Once a Learner is deleted you cannot view / access the Learner. |
