To access Messages, go to Messages on the Left Menu. Mobile App users can also access Messages on the mobile app.

Messages are grouped by conversations. You can see an entire history of a conversation on one screen.

Every message in that conversation is visible to everyone else. These are awesome for keeping a team up to date!

You cannot add or remove people from conversations. If you wish to do this, you will need to start a new conversation.

Once a user has been added to a conversation, they can see the messages and names of all other users in the conversation. If a clinical director starts a conversation with all the behaviour analyst team restricted users, they will all see each other and their messages.
