New employee is not receiving email invitation
When adding a new employee to Portia, ensure that the employee's email is set up prior to creating their Portia account.
If this is not done, the user's invite will receive a hard bounce from our email server, and their email is automatically added to the do not contact list. (Anti-spamming laws).
If this is done in error, please reach out to Portia Support by creating a ticket requesting the email address be removed from the do not contact list.
