Guardian (Parent) Portal
Learner's session calendar can be viewed from the parent / guardian dashboard. Including session type, date and time, therapist name and location od service.
Parents / Guardians have access to the most recent 10 past and future sessions, including date, session time and attendees.
Click on the Learner’s name to gain full access to the Learner’s Profile. Revisions can be made to the profile at any time.
Parents / Guardians can view Forms within the parent portal as defaulted by the clinic. Use the filters on the left to narrow your search or simply click “View” to the right of the form you want to open.
Once the form is open you can print the form as well as add a signature and note.
Custom Reports can now be endorsed by parent / guardians via the portal. So long as the Clinic has enabled the report to be viewed by parents/guardians it will live within the portal. By clicking on "docx" you can review the report in a word document format and then use the "Sign Off" button when you are ready to provide a signature. Once the document is signed by the parent a check will populated under the signed column.
