How to create Phaselines for a Learner
There are 4 types of Phaselines: Program, Task, Target, and System Generated.
1. Program Phaselines - appear across all Tasks and Targets (i.e., change in medication, vacation stat, vacation end
2. Task Phaselines - appear in the selected Task
3. Target Phaselines - appear in the selected Target
4. System Generated Phaseline - created by Portia automatically, show state changes
The Phaseline date must fall within the dates on the graph.
For example, if you create a new Task and Targets on January 1st and make a phaseline for January 2nd to baseline the Targets, but do not start recording data until January 3rd, the January 2nd Phaseline will not show on the graph.
In this scenario, the phaseline must have January 3rd date to populate on the graph.
