The PortiaPro data collection mobile app is available on both iOS (Apple) and Android devices.

29. Session Locked
If you enter a session and you are presented with an alert stating that the session is locked to another device you will need to decide whether or not you wish to switch to the other device that the session is locked to
OR
lock the session to the device you are currently using. To do so, simply Unlock the Session on the device you are currently using, which enables you to complete the session on the device you are currently using.
If you choose to NOT Unlock the Session you will have read only access to the session.

30. Overwrite a Session
If your session was unable to synch to the server you can use the Overwrite Feature to resend the data. Please note that this action will overwrite any data that may already be there.
To complete an Overwrite, go to Session History and click on the 3 dots next to the session and the press Overwrite.

GPS location MUST be enabled to use the mobile app.
No WIFI / cellular at the session location? No problem, log into the mobile app while online (stay logged in), and travel to your session. Prior to starting the session, turn off cellular and WIFI. Any scheduled sessions will already be loaded on the device. At the end of the Session you will submit your session - the next time the app gains good internet connectivity on WIFI/ cellular, and you are logged in, it will sync to the server.
The mobile app automatically loads the Therapist's scheduled sessions that are scheduled within the upcoming 24 hours. 
Chromebooks with a GPS chip and can run Android Apps can be used, note they must have a GPS chip to be used,  Download the PortiaPro app directly to it.
