The Program Data Report is found on the Reports Tab, under Program Reports.
The date range will automatically default to the last 30 days.
Enter the dates you wish to review and press Go.
All targets that were active, in completed status or on hold during the time period selected will be shown.
The filters can be used to show targets in select states.
Scroll down to review the data and graphs.
The data is presented by Domain and Skill Category then by Task and Target.
All of the targets for the Task will be shown.
Here you can easily see the status the target is currently in and the pertinent dates such as Date Introduced, Baselined, Mastered, Generalized, Maintained, and Completed.
Click on the info icon to see mastery criteria.
To view the Task's Cumulative Graph, click on the plus icon to the left of the Task Name.
You will see the Cumulative graph and the chart data below.
To close the graph, click on the plus icon.
To view the Target graph, click on the Target name.
Scroll down to see the graphs and the data chart. If the target is using prompts, the data chart will contain the prompts used.
