Go to the Team Member. On the Team member’s Profile Page go to the toggle button labelled Active Team Member. Click on it to change the Status from Active to Inactive.
You will be asked to confirm the action
You will be asked if you wish to remove the Team Member from all of the Teams.
You will then be asked if you wish to cancel all Future Scheduled Sessions for this Team Member.
If you select No then any sessions scheduled will be scheduled with a Temp / Placeholder Therapist.
