In this article, we will discuss how the Learner's Team and what the roles mean.
To begin, each Learner has their own Team. Let's look at the Learner's Team Page.
The Team is comprised of 3 roles: Clinical Supervisor, Program Supervisor, and Therapists.
You will assign users into these roles.

Using this page effectively is required to enable certain dashboard analytics.
You can assign one Clinical Director as a Learner's Clinical Supervisor. This user Supervises the Learner and the Team.
The Program Supervisor is the one who is responsible for the programming of the Learner. You can assign Clinical Director or Behavior Analyst accounts only.
Therapist - This is the team of therapists who will be working with this Learner.
To add Clinical Supervisor and Program Supervisor you will drag and drop the users to their appropriate roles.
For Therapists, you can drag and drop OR you can press the Add button

As soon as you have added a Team member to a Learner's team, she will have full access to that learner, based on the user's type of account.
