Setting up your Portia Account - Clinic Owner - My Profile
In this article, we will discuss how to enter your profile information. You can watch the video or follow the steps below
Let’s start by setting up your Profile
When you first log in, you will be brought to the main Dashboard.
On the Left Menu, click on My Profile
If you have an image of yourself that you would like to use, add it to the Profile Photo.
The image must be a square, a smaller image is best.
Fill in the missing information. Any box with a * are mandatory fields.
As you are the Clinic Owner, Your Role must be Clinical Director, as it has the highest level of access.
We will leave some fields for now as we will review them in detail in another video in this article titled Clinic Default Settings.

Languages
Go ahead and set your location.
Select a color. This color will be what appears on the calendar for your sessions.
Set your Timezone.
For now, leave your account As Support Manager under Support Role. We will discuss the best Support role for you and the rest of your team in the Support Article
In this article, we will add a Team account for Portia Support. This will allow Portia Support to log into your Portia Instance and help you will hands-on Support questions. You can make the account inactive at any time. To create a Team Account, go ...
