In Settings -> System Configurations - User Configurations.
Here you have the ability to set where or not you wish to have:
1. Therapist Account to schedule their own sessions.
2. Allow Therapist Admin Accounts to be able to change the Status of a Learner (i.e., from Pending to Active to Inactive)
3. Set if you wish the Therapists are able to track their drive time (time and mileage) on the PortiaPro mobile app.
4. You can allow Behavior Analyst Accounts the ability to backdate a session (meaning, changing the start and end time of a session).
5. Whether or not you want Behavior Analysts Accounts to view the Audits Tab.
Prior to editing these configurations, we suggest you decide which type of Accounts you wish to assign your Team Member.
